Return & Refund Policy

At Beytell’s Tutoring, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services and ensuring that every student receives the support they need. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Beytell’s Tutoring offers tutoring sessions and educational support services.
Although we sell workbooks, these are not sold through the website. This policy applies only to services booked or paid for online.

2. No Returns on Services

Because tutoring is a time-based and delivered service, all completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable.
Once a session has taken place, no refunds or credits can be issued.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change.
To cancel or reschedule a session:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Sessions cancelled on time can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
     

4. Missed Sessions / “No-Shows”

If a student does not attend a scheduled session and no prior notice is given, the session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

5. Refunds for Advance Payments

If you have purchased a package or paid in advance for multiple sessions:

  • Refunds can only be issued for unused sessions.

  • Used or partially used packages are non-refundable.

  • Any refunds approved will exclude an administrative fee of R250.
     

6. Workbook Sales (Not Through Website)

Workbooks are sold separately and not via the website.
Please contact us directly for information about workbook returns or exchanges.

7. Service Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the session.
We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.
